This was my start in Real Estate.   I love photography.  I love real estate.  It was a natural fit.

It's been a decade now.  I have a very small group of clients I'll shoot for, because so much of my time is dedicated to my clients who buy and sell with me. 

Photography has changed so much.  I once swore I'd never use a drone.  Now I'm a licensed Remote Pilot.  It's not very impressive to real pilots, but it's fun! 

Photography has changed for real estate too.  What used to be: Make the room look lovely and a happy place to live - is now: Tell me a story of how it feels to live here.  

AI has its say too.  A client asked me if the house she was interested in had turf.  It did not.  It had lots of weeds and a perfect AI grass that looked like turf.  It's a fine line here. That room is a decent size, but there's no way all the virtual furniture could fit in there.  That's not to say it's all bad.  I absolutely use virtual staging.  But I believe it's best to use for accents; rugs, plants and art.  And it's important to include a floor plan.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, the words need to be accurate to real life.
